The customer can withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason and free of charge, within 14 days from the day he received the product. You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return costs are borne by the customer and are 5 \u20ac if the return is made through the General Post service. You can of course make the return in any other way you want, but at the sender’s expense. If the product is defective, it can be returned at no charge to the customer.<\/p>\n
