WAYS OF SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

HELLAS

Our company cooperates with the General Post Office for the safe and fast delivery of orders to its customers. For orders over 60 €, the shipping and cash on delivery costs are free, while for orders of a smaller amount, the shipping costs are 5 €.

It is possible to pay:

  • Through credit, debit and prepaid cards of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS.
  • Debit your Paypal account. – Cash on delivery (for purchases over 60 €, shipping is free).
  • Deposit a bank account.

The time frame for product delivery is 1-4 working days.

CYPRUS

  • For delivery in 10 days the shipping costs are 12 €.
  • For orders over 120 € shipping costs are free.
  • Shipments are made by courier General Post.

DELIVERY TIME

HELLAS

  • If you are in Attica or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and inaccessible areas), you will have the order in your hands in 1 to 3 working days.
  • If you are on an island you will have your order in 1 to 3 working days.
  • For inaccessible areas we need 1 to 3 working days.

CYPRUS

  • For delivery in 10 days, orders are shipped every Thursday, and delivery is made within 10 days.

RETURN POLICY

Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order.

In order to make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with the special markings (cards) and with the proof of purchase.

In case of return you have the opportunity:

If your product is defective, it can be returned free of charge to the customer. Product changes are made with the courier service General Post and is done manually.

2) Refunds to the bank account you will tell us.

Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to be returned. The money is deposited from our account in EUROBANK. Reservations may be made if your account is with a bank other than EUROBANK. For the return of the products you can use the service of the General Post Courier at the charge of our company or another service of your choice at the expense of the sender. The return process costs 5 € and this amount will be automatically deducted from the amount that will be deposited in your account.

3) Credit the value of the product you returned to the account you have in our online store, in order to use it in your next purchase.
