PRODUCT RETURNS

The customer can withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason and free of charge, within 14 days from the day he received the product. You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return costs are borne by the customer and are 5 € if the return is made through the General Post service. You can of course make the return in any other way you want, but at the sender’s expense. If the product is defective, it can be returned at no charge to the customer.

Return options

Change with the same product to another number or change with any other product.

Refund of your money to the bank account you will declare to us.

Credit the value of the product you returned to the account you have in our online store, in order to use it in your next purchase.

All returned products must be in their original quality condition, have not been removed from these cards and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

CORRECTION AMENDMENT OR DELETE OF INFORMATION

Cirocco.gr allows its users to correct, change, supplement or delete data and information submitted to the company.

If you choose to delete information, cirocco.gr will act to delete this information from its files immediately. For the protection and safety of the user, cirocco.gr will try to make sure that the person who makes the changes is indeed the same person as the user.

Our company cooperates with the General Post Office for the safe and fast delivery of orders to its customers.

Shipping costs for all of Greece are 5 €.

It is possible to pay:

  • Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
  • Using the Masterpass electronic wallet.
  • With PayPal.
  • Cash on delivery.

For purchases over 60 € the shipping is free. The time frame for product delivery is 3-5 working days.
